Great spot! This place is super modern and has a chill vibe. It's perfectly located near all the top restaurants, right in the heart of town, and close to the cool bars along the waterfront. 🍹

The location was particularly good and fantastic for me, close to everything. I had coffee at Teak Caffe, located within 5 minutes walk. Food was excellent and I stayed in the superior king room, it was trendy. The breakfast was great and had lots of meals.

Excellent and good breakfast selection with sausage and cheese, for example. The location in the heart of the city, near a ferry port. Located next to restaurants and bars...

The room was modern and compact. the hotel's location next to a superb restaurant and the stunning Diocletian's Palace was very convenient. - Private parking was available. - Very convenient to Riva.

This place was quaint in general with a very helpful staff team. We booked a superior queen room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Everything was really good, but a few employees were not so friendly.

Jacuzzi on the roof, fab location, uber modern rooms (padded silver walls!), nice friendly staff.
A little disorganized; we asked for a wake up call which we never received, the breakfast was very basic for the price of the hotel, the room was very small, we had no bed side lamp - either super bright LED lights on the ceiling or darkness! (we requested a lamp and they did bring one!)

Great location Great design, however, not completed yet.
Very small rooms, extremely overprized. Jacuzzi on the roof etc are nice fringes, but there is no sense in hot summer, and the view is poor.

The staff was excellent and made my stay enjoyable. the atmosphere was overall quiet. the rooms were quiet and the breakfast was excellent and satisfactory. I appreciated the sofa bed, central heating, and tea and coffee making equipment in the room.

Great location and a hotel that really tries to look great in a "modern boutique" kind of way. Staff are very friendly and asked for my opinion of the breakfast (I had earlier overheard a couple complaining about the quality of the coffee). Bed was clean and comfortable.
Doesn't quite make the grade given the cost. It looks good but is pretty cramped, the lady on reception didn't know how to turn the sauna on so I missed out on having one and had a jaccussi instead in very tepid water, so I didn't hang around. The couple I overheard complaining about the coffee had a point, as the breakfast coffee came out of a push button machine (although I was later told I could have asked the waiter to make a fresh coffee - but hey - why have a crappy machine?) I was more disappointed by the fruit juice which also came from a machine and tasted weak and watered down - certainly not fresh. The omelette made to order was good. Overall I'd rate it as a clean three star hotel with a great location. It's trying hard but needs to be better to justify the cost.

It's beautiful small hotel in the middle of Deocletian Palace, so an excellent localization. Very helpful staff.
Parking is not so near and a bit difficult to find (staff had to help me).
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
